Tah Muhl Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Shrine Quest: A Landscape of a Stable
Speak with Mayro to get this quest.
Find and unlock the shrine to complete the quest.
Passing the Flame
Remove the dead ivy straight ahead to reveal a passage. Burning works, but so does bombing.
As soon as you enter, turn left and burn some more ivy to the left, on the wall with the gate. A key will drop; retrieve it with Magnesis.
Use the key on the door right in front of you and open the chest containing a Ruby.
Now go on a rampage, burning or blowing up all the burnable stuff in sight. You should collect two more chests, one on a stack of boxes (containing an Opal and the other in an alcove (containing a Cobble Crusher) in the corner behind some more ivy.
You should also reveal the ramp to the altar, head there and get your Spirit Orb.
