The Swordsman's Scroll is an item obtained in Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks. In both games, it allows him to perform the Great Spin Attack.
Phantom Hourglass
Link earns this after completing the game's Trading Sequence. It is given to him by the Old Wayfarer on Bannan Island.
Spirit Tracks
Link receives this scroll from Niko after collecting all twenty stamps in his Stamp Book.
