The Swift Carrot is a material found in Breath of the Wild. They are found in abundance in Kakariko Village, at the base of Satori Mountain on the east side, and can occasionally be found around the rest of the Necluda region. Additionally, they can be purchased from High Spirits Produce, the general store in Kakariko Village, for 16 Rupees each. Swift Carrots will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw, but if Link decides to cook it it will become a Roasted Swift Carrot, which will restore slightly more.
