The Swamp Title Deed is an item from Majora's Mask.
Description
The item is a claim to the Deku Flower, located in the Southern Swamp, right next to the Swamp Tourist Center. If Link talks to the Business Scrub found here as Deku Link, he will sell him some Magic Beans. The Business Scrub is trying to setup shop near the Deku Palace, so that he can do business with the Deku Scrubs. However, the Big Octo is blocking the pathway, preventing him from reaching the Palace.[1][2][3][4]
If Link speaks to the Business Scrub as a Human, Goron, or as a Zora, he talks about wanting to leave his hometown, hoping to find a more livelier place to do business.[5][6][7][8] When Link shows the Business Scrub the Town Title Deed, the Business Scrub asks if he'll trade it for the land where he currently operates his business.[9][10] After accepting, the Business Scrub will leave for Clock Town, leaving the Deku Flower to you,[11]
With the Swamp Title Deed in hand, Link can use the Deku Flower to reach the rooftop of the Swamp Tourist Center to acquire a Piece of Heart. Later, Link can trade the Swamp Title Deed to the Business Scrub located just outside of the Goron Shrine in Goron Village in order to get the Mountain Title Deed. Doing so will cause Link to lose access to the Deku Flower in the Southern Swamp.
Alternatively, Link can use the Swamp Title Deed as Paper, giving it to the Mysterious Character in the bathroom of the Stock Pot Inn. Link can do this after midnight on each night, and will result in Link acquiring a Piece of Heart.
