The Stink Bag is the third item obtained in the Oracle of Ages Trading Sequence.
When Link is in Lynna Village in the Past, he can find a small blue hut located in the west-most part of Lynna Village. When Link enters, a whitish-blue hand will appear and it will ask for paper. If Link provides it the Stationery, it will reward Link the Stink Bag in return.
The Stink Bag is later traded for the Tasty Meat.
