Link's Awakening - Stick.png

The Stick is an item featured in Link's Awakening as part of the fourteen-item Trading Sequence. Link obtains the Stick once he successfully delivers the Bananas to Kiki the monkey near Kanalet Castle. After building a bridge to the castle, Kiki leaves the Stick behind.[1] Link can then take the Stick to Tarin, who he finds in the Ukuku Prairie trying to knock down a hive of bees. He asks Link to borrow the Stick.[2] However, when he tries to hit the hive with it, the bees come out and attack him, driving him away and leaving Link to pick up the Honeycomb, the next item in the sequence.[3]
