Steamed Mushrooms are a piece of food in Breath of the Wild.
To make basic Steamed Mushrooms, either plants or mushrooms with no effects (as in the recipe below) or with clashing effects (such as Fortified Pumpkin and Sunshrooms) must be cooked together in a Cooking Pot. There is no benefit to using clashing effects in this fashion.
Versions with power-up effects can be made by using complementary effects (e.g., Fortified Pumpkins and Ironshrooms make Tough Steamed Mushrooms) or by mixing a plant or mushroom that have an effect with a "neutral" version of the other (e.g., Hyrule Herbs and Sunshrooms make Spicy Steamed Mushrooms).
