The Stamina Potion is one of the standard potions found in Skyward Sword. When Link drinks the Stamina Potion, his stamina bar will be full and will not drop for three minutes. Having a Potion Medal in the Adventure Pouch will double this effect. This green potion can be purchased for 50 Rupees at Luv and Bertie's Potion Shop in the Bazaar.

The Stamina Potion + is the upgrade to the Stamina Potion. It is obtained by crafting the Stamina Potion with certain insects. To upgrade, one needs three Volcanic Ladybug, two Sky Stag Beetle, two Gerudo Dragonfly, and one Faron Grasshopper. The infusion costs 20 Rupees. The Stamina Potion + will fill up the Stamina bar and the Stamina bar will not drop for six minutes. Having a Potion Medal in the Adventure Pouch will double this effect.
