TheStamina Gauge measures Link's stamina Skyward Sword. It is depleted by doing strenuous activities such as running, climbing, and pushing boulders. Skyward Sword is the first and only Zelda game that has a stamina gauge. Link can refill his stamina gauge by running over Stamina Fruit or drinking a Stamina Potion, which can be purchased at the Luv and Bertie's Potion Shop in the Bazaar.
