Stamina Fruit is a small green item found on the ground throughout Skyloft and the surface below. When Link runs across a stamina fruit, his stamina gauge will immediately fill up, allowing him to run for a longer period of time. So far, this is only found in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, as it's the only game that contains a Stamina Meter.
