The Southern Face Shrine is a location in Link's Awakening. It is located in the south-eastern region of Koholint Island, just north of Animal Village and south of Face Shrine. The entrance to this area consists of Armos and Zols. Within, Link fights the Armos Knight. Defeating him yields the Face Key, and opens the door to the next room. After lighting the two torches, Link can read a strange mural on the wall.
