"I know a mysterious song that allows you to manipulate the flow of time." - Stylin' Scarecrow

The Song of Double Time is featured in Majora's Mask. It serves as somewhat of a remix of the Song of Time, and their abilities are completely opposite.

Learning the Song of Double Time

"If you play each note twice in a row, you can move half a day forward in time!" - Stylin' Scarecrow

Inside the Astral Observatory, there is a scarecrow that will teach Link the Double Song of Time. After Link plays the song, the Stylin' Scarecrow will do his dance, and time will move forwards to either 6:00 PM, or 6:00 AM, whichever is closest to the previous time.

Abilities

The Double Song of Time serves as somewhat of a Sun's Song. Both have the ability to turn it either night or day; only there is a disadvantage to this in Majora's Mask. Since Link only has 72 hours to save Termina, using this song is not always the wisest choice.

Link is unable to use this song after 6:00 PM on the Final Day, because technically, there is no more time to move forward.
