Once Link has completed the Lightning Temple and obtained the Vow of Riju, Sage of Lightning from Riju, he can upgrade the avatar's attack power by trading four Sage's Wills to a Goddess Statue, making it the Solemn Vow of Riju, Sage of Lightning.
