Soh Kofi Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
The shrine is located just north of the Zora River, on the north side of the path. It is just north of the Lanayru Tower and just west of the Inogo Bridge, where Link first meets Prince Sidon.
A Minor Test of Strength
Kill the Guardian Scout II, collect the chest (Royal Bow; Quick Shot), head to the altar for the Spirit Orb.
