Shora Hah Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.

Requirements

Getting here is a minor puzzle. Just north of Goron City is a mine cart on rails. Hop on, and drop a bomb into the hole at the back of the cart. Detonating the bomb makes the cart move. Keep dropping and detonating to pick up speed, but beware physics and don't go flinging yourself off the track at the curves by going too fast. The mine track will take you straight to the shrine. Alternatively, you can climb down the front of the Isle, around the lip of the entryway, and along the interior wall until solid ground is close enough to jump/glide to.

Blue Flame

Use Magnesis to lift the spikes up and continue to the unlit lantern, then take a left. If you're quick enough you can even use Stasis to get a little more time.

Slide the blocks to reach the chest (Knight's Bow - OR - Royal Bow; Quick Shot, depends on quest length). Slide them again to reach the stairs to get to the blue lantern with a Torch nearby. Go back and light the unlit torch, return to the unlit lantern, and light it to open the gate ahead. Remember you can't sprint or you'll put your torch away. Alternatively, you can use a normal arrow lit from the existing lit torch to shoot the unlit ones.

Now you need to light the lantern on the other side of the water. You can crouch walk, which is slow, or hold the torch in front of you (using your weapon button) instead of above your head, letting you move at full non-sprint speed, or you can light an arrow with the blue flame from the first lantern, move past the 1st water spout, and shoot the second lantern. You will now see the elevator to your left move and the water turns off. Make note that you can also use Stasis (+?) on on water spout for a brief time.

Put the torch away and get out a bow. Light an arrow with blue flame and use it to light the lantern on the elevator that is now moving (to your left). This raises the missing section of stairs on the other side of the gate to the right.

Return to the first lantern you lit and climb the stairs to a switch. After stepping on the switch, think fast and use Magnesis to throw the ball out of your way.

Head forward and take out the four Guardian Scout I. Don't use your torch on them and break your torch. After they're dead, open the two chests (Great Flameblade; Long Throw & Giant Ancient Core). Go back to the elevator, light your torch, and light the lantern next to the gate for it to open.

Light the center lantern, and then light the other two at the same time. Light your arrow, then align yourself so one shot will light both lanterns. Relight your torch and continue.

Light the lantern here, and then again use one arrow to light the two moving torches at the same time. The moving torch platforms will stop and updrafts appear.

Before you cross, consider how you're going to light the lanterns on the far side. You can either shoot them before you cross, or you can land on the platform with the 2nd torch and light them from there. Either way, reach the next platform with the next two lanterns lit (one on the platform, one on the metal block).

Use Stasis on the water to stop it, then Magnesis on the lantern's platform to move it to the end. Head up the stairs to the end of the ledge where the updraft is located. There are 2 chests here. One left that you can see and one on the right on ledge hidden behind the pillar (Forest Dweller's Sword; Attack Up +8). Turn around, use the updraft again to glide to the platform to the right. Retrieve the other chest with Magnesis (Silver Rupee).

Now burn the leaves ahead and down the ramp in the distance and to assist in taking out the 3 Guardian Scout I. Melee attack to finish them off. Then light your torch and head to the final area.

Light the lantern and open the final chest (Ice Arrow x10). Relight your torch and use a spin attack to light the remaining torches all at once to open the gate. Head to the altar to get your Spirit Orb.
