Shoda Sah Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
The shrine is behind the waterfall. Use the path to the right of the waterfall to reach it.
Impeccable Timing
Multiple solutions exist for this shrine. The intended way is to use impeccable timing, putting orbs on the launchers and hitting shock switches at exactly the right moment to launch the orbs into their ball sockets. Have fun with that.
A much easier method is to roll an orb down the ramp into the water near the ball socket. Use Cryonis to lift it out of the water, then climb up and toss it in. Don't even need Magnesis, but you can use it if you want.
Each ball socket that you complete will launch a chest to your side of the room. Open them both, then use the Small Key to head to the altar for your Spirit Orb.
