The Shard of Farosh's Horn is a material found in Breath of the Wild. The shard can be obtained by shooting the golden spirit Farosh with an arrow in the horn. Its primary use is to enhance the Cap of the Wild, the Barbarian Armor, and the Champion's Tunic, but they can also be sold to shop-vendors all over Hyrule for 300 Rupees each, or, alternatively, can be traded to Kilton in return for 150 Mon. As with all dragons, you must remember that you can only harvest one part from Farosh every in-game day.

The horn can also be used to increase the timer on different cooked meals to 30 minutes. For example, 5 Mighty Bananas gives 3+ attack power for 4 minutes 15 seconds. Instead, use 4 bananas and one horn to get 3+ attack power for 30 minutes.
