Shad

Shad is a character who makes an appearance in Twilight Princess. He can be found sitting with The Resistance group at the back of Telma's Bar. He is very knowledgeable about the race of sky-people called the Oocca, and plays a vital role in helping Link reach the City in the Sky, the seventh dungeon in the game.
