To obtain it, Link must speak to Rafton in his house on the South Shore. He expresses interest in entering a raft race, but says he doesn't have a good oar to race with.[3] When Link gives him the Magic Oar, he observes that it looks like a toy, but is thankful nonetheless, and gives Link the Sea Ukulele in return.[4]
The Sea Ukulele can later be traded to the Elderly Zora for the Broken Sword.
