Saria is a Kokiri from the Kokiri Forest in Ocarina of Time. Being a Kokiri she never grows older, and remains a child for the whole game.

When Link leaves the Forest, Saria is waiting for him. Obviously distraught to learn of Links departure, she gives him an Ocarina and teaches him Saria's Song.

When Ganondorf takes control over Hyrule, she is transformed in into the Sage of Forest. She is trapped by Ganondorf in the Forest Temple.
