The Sanke Carp (058 in the Hyrule Compendium) is a type of fish found in Breath of the Wild. They can be found in the pool of water surrounding Impa's house in Kakariko Village. They can be sold to shop-vendors all over Hyrule for 20 Rupees each.
The Sanke Carp will restore one heart when eaten. If cooked on an open flame, Link will obtain a Roasted Carp, which restores 1½ hearts and can be sold for 15 rupees. If dropped on the ground in extremely snowy climates, Link will obtain a Frozen Carp, which restores one heart and provides a temporary boost to heat resistance for one minute. The Sanke Carp can be used in a variety of recipes, however the resultant meal will not provide any special effects.
