The Salvager Vest is a piece of armor found in Breath of the Wild. It was released as a part of a collaboration with Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
Location
This piece of armor can be found at tip of the east eye of Skull Lake, if Link looks towards the eastern sky at nighttime. A red comet will fall from the sky, with a heavy resemblance to a falling Star Fragment. It will also make a crackling sound, similar to a firework. When it lands, a red column of light will stand vertical to its position and a red Chest will be located at the base.
Armor Set
The Salvager Set (also including the Salvager Headwear and Salvager Trousers) decreases the amount of stamina used when dashing in water. This set is not enhanceable.
