Grabs treasure from the bottom of the sea.

The Salvage Arm is an item from Phantom Hourglass. After progressing through the story, it will be added on to the S.S. Linebeck and will give Link the ability to salvage treasure from the bottom of the sea. The Salvage Arm can be purchased from Eddo at his shop on Cannon Island. The price can range from 200 Rupees to 1,000 Rupees, depending on how loudly Link can shout for it.

While the Salvage Arm is in use, if it hits an Octomine or a rock, it loses one health point. Any damage to the Salvage Arm may be repaired at the Shipyard on Mercay Island for a small fee. If the Salvage Arm loses all of its health points, reparation will cost 100 Rupees.
