Sah Dahaj Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.

So in this shrine you're pretty much just going to want to burn all the things. In a pinch bombs can be used, too.
Burn your way into the next room ahead, then defeat the Guardian Scout II.
Burn your way into the next room. There is a chest (Knight's Bow - or - Royal Bow; Attack Up +15) just as you enter the area to the right of the stairs on a ledge.
Burn everything so the boxes break and stone slab is lowered onto the switch to open the gate to the altar. Head there for your Spirit Orb.
