The Sacred Flames are symbols of the goddess in Skyward Sword.
Farore's Flame
Farore's Flame is hidden in the Ancient Cistern, where it is guarded by the Ancient Automoton Koloktos. It upgrades the Goddess Sword, extending the blade to give Link a wider range.
Nayru's Flame
Nayru's flame is protected aboard the Sandship by a crew of robots. However, the ship is guarded by an invisibility booster and attacked by the Abysmal Leviathan, Tentalus.
