The Rubber Armor is a chest-piece found in Breath of the Wild. It has a base defense of 3 and provides resistance to electric damage. It can either be obtained from a chest found in the Toh Yahsa Shrine, or, alternatively, it can be purchased from Granté in Tarrey Town for 4000 Rupees.
Armor Set
The Rubber Set (also including Rubber Helm and Rubber Tights) makes Link immune from getting shocked by electrical attacks when all equipped pieces have been enhanced at least twice.
Enhance Path
