Rota Ooh Shrine, or Passing of the Gates, is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.

Requirements

Passing of the Gates

Start off by shooting the shock crystal once, then head along the left side to open a chest containing a Small Key.

Grab the orb and bring it back closer to the entrance, then hit the shock crystal again.

Now use the key to open the doors that appear after shooting the shock crystal. Don't go through the open doors. Return to the orb and pick it up.

Next to the shock crystal, on the part that rotates, is a little 'basket' type area that you throw the orb into. After doing so, hit the shock crystal again and the orb will wind up in its slot.

This will activate a launcher. Use it to reach the chest high up and straight ahead or use Magnesis to draw it to yourself. The chest contains a Feathered Edge.

Return to the launcher, and shoot the shock crystal when you're in mid-air. The platform will rotate below you and you can head to the altar for your Spirit Orb.
