"Roscoe" is an Ancient Orb from Breath of the Wild.
Breath of the Wild
Loone became obsessed with it, and gave it its name. It has no apparent difference from any other Ancient Orb of the same size.
"Roscoe" can be found on Puffer Beach near the Shoqa Tatone Shrine. Link gains access to it when he finishes the Guardian Slideshow shrine quest, after which Loone loses interest in it.
It is required to access the Shoqa Tatone Shrine, after which it is destroyed.
