The Rok Woods are an area in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

The densely wooded area is located just northeast of Death Mountain, and south of Skull Lake. The area is littered with enemy Forest Octoroks, making it a bit of annoying forest to navigate. However, the forest is a great place for Link to find Zapshrooms, as they are abundant on the floor next to the trees. There are also some rare Energetic Rhino Beetles on some of the trees. With some Big Hearty Truffles and Big Hearty Radishes, this is an excellent place for Link to farm materials.

Given its close proximity to the Eldin region, some enemy Fire Keese will make their way to the Rok Woods. Additionally, in the evening hours, Stalmoblin will appear.

Tears of the Kingdom

Rok Woods is a forest found at the much lower elevation to the northeast of Death Mountain. The forest is completely littered with enemy Forest Octorok.

Korok Seeds

  • At the far west end of the Tumlea Heights there is a Korok trying to reunite with his friend. There is a Wing right near the Korok for easier transport. Bring the Korok to the northeast edge of Rok Woods to get a pair of Korok Seeds.
  • East of the Rok Woods, there is a tall rock overhang. On the east side of the road, there is a tree stump. Step on it and then paraglide down to the target found to the west, to get the Korok Seed.
  • In the center of the woods, there is a large tree with two statues underneath that have offering plates. Drop an Apple into the one statue to get the Korok Seed.
  • Directly west of Rok Woods, slightly up the mountain, there is a block puzzle. Use Ultrahand to place the missing pieces in the right spot to get the Korok Seed.
