Rok Uwog Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Power of Reach
Use Magnesis to pull down the treasure chest on a ledge ahead and to the right.
Burn the leaves on the wall immediately to your left which will reveal a hole to the next room.
Defeat the Guardian Scout II. Destroy or move the blocks under the platform and it will slant so you can run up. Defeat another Guardian Scout II on the other side.
If you continue, you'll see a gate with some barrels on a switch on the other side of the bars. Destroy the barrels and the switch will deactivate, opening the gate. Head inside and open the chest.
You can now head to the altar. A quick way back is to use the ladder nearby, then take a left when you reach the entrance again. Head there for a Spirit Orb.
