Rok Uwog Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Use Magnesis to pull down the treasure chest to the upper right of the screen.
Use a wood weapon or knock the torch over. Burn the leaves on the wall immediately to your left which will reveal a hole to the next room.
Enter next room, use Magnesis to pull the metal block out. It will allow the hinge to fall and you can walk up. Continue to grab the block with Magnesis and bring it to the highest point right under neath the blue light on the right side.
Climb up the metal block then onto the blue light which will allow you to jump to the highest level. Run over to where you grabbed the first treasure chest and fall down the hole that has a ladder.
Run inside and break the barrels on the blue switch. Jump off it and it will turn yellow opening the door and revealing a key.
Go back to the very first room and use the key to open the door to reveal the shine and get your well deserved orb.
