Rok Uwog Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Power of Reach
Use Magnesis to pull down the treasure chest (Drillshaft; Durability Up+) on a ledge ahead and to the right.
Burn the leaves on the wall immediately to your left which will reveal a hole to the next room.
Defeat the Guardian Scout II. Destroy or move the blocks under the platform and it will slant so you can run up. Defeat another Guardian Scout II on the other side. (Pro Tip: You can use Magnesis on the metal block under the ramp against the Guardian Scouts)
