Rock Salt is a cooking ingredient found in Breath of the Wild. They can be obtained by mining various Ore Deposits found across Hyrule, which can typically be found in caves and by cliffsides. Rock Salt can be cooked with other ingredients to spice up certain Recipes, however they have no special cooking effects. Alternatively, they can be sold to shop-vendors like Beedle for 2 Rupees each.
