Five of the Cuccos have escaped and he asks Link for help in bringing them back to the pen. The five cuccos can be found in and around the stable itself. They can be found by the music stage, inside the stable, at the very top of the stable, on the ruins southeast of the stable, and up in a tree south of the stable. The Riverside Stable is a location from Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Riverside Stable is located at the southeast end of Hyrule Field and well southeast of Lookout Landing.

Within the stable itself, there is a poster on the wall with ingredients for a recipe. The recipe is for a Bright-Eyed Crab, mixed with some Goron Spice. This will create some Energizing Crab Stir-Fry.

If Link feeds the Hylian Retriever, the dog will leed Link to a treasure chest just southwest of the stable, which contains a Purple Rupee.

After first starting the Potential Princess Sightings! quest, Penn will appear at the Riverside Stable, standing by the tree, northeast of the stable. He has heard that some gourmets were suppose to arrive to teach a recipe to Gotter, the cook at Riverside Stable. The recipe is one that was initially taught by Princess Zelda. However, Gotter is still waiting for the arrival, looking out towards the Owlan Bridge, waiting for them to arrive. After crossing the Owlan Bridge, Link will find the group by the Batrea Lake. Link can read Zelda's Recipe to learn how to make a Meat and Rice Bowl. After doing so, he can fead it to Agus and the group, who will then recover and make their way over to Riverside Stable. Penn will then drop by to reward Link with a Purple Rupee.
