The Rito Stable is a location from Breath of the Wild. It is one of fifteen Stables that are located across Hyrule. Rito Stable is located in the Hebra province. It is on the road that circles Lake Totori where the bridges that cross the lake to Rito Village can be found. It is staffed by Galli and Ariane.
Lester can be found at the Rito Stable and is willing to trade some Hylian Rice for Goron Spice once Link completes the Curry for What Ails You side quest. Beedle wanders nearby selling arrows and elixir ingredients.
Local resources include Wildberry bushes, Hylian Shrooms, Spicy Peppers, and Winterwing Butterflies. Mountain Buck and Mountain Doe can also be found in the nearby woods. Occasionally a Honeyvore Bear may also be spotted. Wood bundles can be found behind the stable, but a Woodcutter's Axe is also available for use in harvesting wood from already felled trees and the surrounding trees that are still standing. Crates behind Rito Stable can be opened for Apples or arrows. A Cooking Pot is also available for making meals.

Spicy Meat Stew: Grants mid-level cold resistance. The hearty meat in this mainstay dish leaves bellies satisfied all throughout Hyrule.
