The Requiem of Spirit is often the last song you will learn for the Ocarina in Ocarina of Time. It is the sixth and last teleporting song, and will teleport you to the Triforce Pedestal in Desert Colossus, just outside the Spirit Temple.

How to Learn it

To learn it, you must have at least completed the Water Temple and the Fire Temple (although you may also have done the Shadow Temple). Head over to Gerudo Valley, and Hookshot over the broken bridge to get to the other side. the carpenter in the tent here will tell you that his carpenters have all run off to become Gerudos, and that he wants you to find them. Head into Gerudo Fortress now.

After you have found all the carpenters, one of the Gerudos will inform you that she has decided to accept you into their group, and gives you the Gerudo Membership Card. Go tell the guards to open the gate into Gerudo Desert, and go through. When you get to Desert Colossus, on the other side of the desert, go into the Spirit Temple. You will find that there is nowhere you can go.

Head back outside, and you will find Sheik waiting for you. You will view a cutscene, where sheik will tell you that you have to go back in time, and then she will teach you the Requiem of Spirit, which is the only way to get back there as Young Link.

How to Play it

In Ocarina of Time, it is played on the Ocarina using the following C-Buttons: A ↓ A → ↓ A.

However, in the 3DS remake, it is played as follows: L R L Y R L.
