The Reinforced Shield is an item only available in Skyward Sword, and can only be obtained by upgrading a Iron Shield one time. Gondo, the scrap shop owner, will gladly upgrade your shield, but only if you give him the necessary items (two pieces of Eldin Ore, two Ornamental Skulls and two Monster Claws)
