The Regal Necklace is an item in Phantom Hourglass. The necklace has the ability to put the cyclones to rest, so that Link can have access to the Isle of Ruins. If Link conquers the Phantom Corridor he will eventually find the spirit of Brant. After hearing of the Ocean King's troubles, he tells Link to meet him outside. If Link heads outside there is a large Treasure Chest, Link will open it to claim the Regal Necklace.
