The Ree Dahee Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Timing is Critical
Stand on the switch until the ball rolls into the slot, then ride the moving platform.
For the next switch, stand on it to start the ball rolling, but get off of it in time for it to not go flying off the second platform. Once the ball is in the slot, ride the moving platform to the next area.
Stand on the switch, and when the ball has momentum and is nearly to the edge, get off the switch so the platform will flip it up enough to reach the slot. (Yay physics.) Ride the moving platform to continue.
To get the chest, multiple solutions are available. I personally stood on the switch, waited for the platform, and then used the Stasis Rune on the switch, then quickly rode the platform to the chest. You could also use magnesis on a metal barrel to hold the switch down (this is probably easier). Metal barrels are just past the final slot that the final ball went in.
After collecting the chest, head forward to the altar to get the Spirit Orb.
