Red Potion is an reoccurring item in The Legend of Zelda series. It has the ability of healing Link's hearts. It may be obtained by a potion shop or by  making it out of [[Chu Jelly]] on [[Windfall Island]]. Red Potion is an reoccurring item in The Legend of Zelda series. It has the ability of healing Link's hearts. Usually it must be held in a Bottle and can be found in Potion Shops.

The Red Potion is known as the 2nd Potion in The Legend of Zelda. It can be obtained by giving the Letter from the Old Man to the Old Woman who sells potions. Link can then buy it for 68 Rupees. The Red Potion heals all Link's hearts and can be used twice. After it is used once, it turns into Water of Life that heals all his hearts but only can be used once. When Link uses all the potion up, the Bottle disappears.

A Link to the Past

The Red Potion restores all of Link's hearts in A Link to the Past. It can be bought at the Magic Shop for 120 Rupees.

Ocarina of Time

In Ocarina of Time, Red Potion can be bought from potion shops and various Business Scrubs found throughout Hyrule. Business Scrubs usually sell it for a higher price. A bottleful heals all of Link's health and has one use.

Majora's Mask

In Majora's Mask, Red Potion can be bought from Kotake in the Magic Hags' Potion Shop, the Trading Post, the Zora Shop, and the Goron Shop. The Red Potion can be bought from Syrup in Minish Woods for 150 rupees. However, the Red Potion must be unlocked first before it can be purchased.
