Ravio is a character featured within A Link Between Worlds.
Ravio is the shopkeeper at Ravio's Shop, a location where Link can rent or purchase various items, inlcuding the Bow, Hookshot, and more. He is constantly followed by a beeing who will come and collect your rented items if you die.

!!SPOILER!! Ravio is the Lorule equivalent to the Hyrule Hero, Link, though he describes himself as a coward. In the end, he is the one who talks Princes Hilda into stop her persue of the Triforce.
