Raqa Zunzo Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
- Divine Beast Vah Naboris Main Quest
After the Divine Beast Vah Naboris has been defeated, talk to Shabonne and accept to race for 50 rupees to start the quest.
Shrine Quest: The Undefeated Champ
Beat the time of 1:30. Basically spam A to dash every time you can, and steer very very lightly.
Afterwards, put the ball in the ball socket to reveal the shrine and complete the quest.
Raqa Zunzo's Blessing
After all that effort, the shrine itself contains no challenges at all. Simply move forward, open the chest for a Radiant Shield, and then examine the altar for your well-earned Spirit Orb.

You've decided to challenge the sand-seal racing world champion, Tali, but beating her current record of 1 minute and 30 seconds won't be easy.
However, it's the only way to open the shrine, so you should keep trying!

As proof of your victory, you've received a jewel! What happens when you place this jewel on the pedestal?
