"Sword damage +2, Damage taken +2"

— In game description.[1]

The Power Ring L-2 is a Magical Ring that Link acquires in either Oracle of Ages or Oracle of Seasons. In both Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages, Link can acquire the L-2 Power Ring as a random Seed Ring when bumping into Maple. He can also acquire the ring from a Gasha Nut after planting a Gasha Seed.

In Oracle of Ages, the Power Ring L-2 can be found within a cave on Crescent Island while in the Past. The cave is at the southeast most screen of the entire overworld. Link will need to use the the Long Hook to reach the Treasure Chest that contains the Seed Ring.

When worn the Power Ring L-2 is similar to that of Power Ring L-1, but just a bit more powerful. It will increase the damage done by Link's Sword by two units as well increase the damage taken by enemy attacks by two units. This is a useful ring if you aren't too concerned with your Life Meter.

A more powerful version of this ring can be found in the form of Power Ring L-3.

Trivia

The Oracle of Seasons and Ages Nintendo Power Guide incorrectly states that this ring can be found within the Gnarled Root Dungeon. There is a treasure chest in the dungeon that contains a seed ring, but when appraised, this becomes the Discovery Ring.
