The Poe Scent is the third of five scents that Wolf Link can detect in Twilight Princess. This scent is found in the fourth Dungeon of the game, the Arbiter's Grounds. The first time Link enters the main room of the dungeon, he will see four Big Poes steal the light from the four lanterns. Three of them escape, but one stays. After Link has killed it, its dead body will give off a purple scent, which Wolf Link can sniff to learn the scent. This scent will lead Link right to each of the three other Big Poes, thus allowing him to kill them and take the light that they stole. Once Link has killed them all, he can continue forward through the dungeon.
Trivia
- Altough it is called the Poe Scent, it can only be used to track down the four Big Poes found in Arbiter's Grounds, and not normal Imp Poes.
