Phantom Ganon is a character that has appeared in two Zelda games; Ocarina of Time and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. He is a creation of Ganondorf's and has a single goal; to kill Link.
Appearances
Ocarina of Time
In Ocarina of Time, Phantom Ganon is the Boss of the first adult temple; the Forest Temple. Link must use his Fairy Bow to hit Phantom Ganon as he is coming out of 1 of the 6 paintings around the area. After a couple of hits, Phantom Ganon will make it more difficult by making 3 different paintings appear as if he is coming out of them. Find the one that turns purple, and fire. After a couple of more hits, Phantom Ganon will get out of his painting and attack Link. Use the bow on him and soon enough he will be defeated. After he has been defeated, Link will hear Ganondorf call Phantom Ganon a waste of time, and tnen telling him he will send him into the space between dimensions.
