In The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time the Triforce Pedistal is located within the Temple of Time behind the Door of Time. To get the Master Sword] here you need to collect the Kokiri Emerald, Goron Ruby, and the Zora's Sapphire then play the Song of Time in front of the Door of Time.

In The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker the triforce pedistal is located in Hyrule Castle your first visit. To enter Hyrule Castle you must first get through the Tower of the Gods.

Twilight Princess

In The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess the Triforce Pedistal is located deep within the Sacred Grove which is reached after collecting the Fused Shadow.
