Majora's Mask
In Majora's Mask, Link must find a password to the Bombers Secret Society of Justice. Their leader, Jim, gives him the password to their secret passage. The password is randomized and made of five digits.
As Link is not allowed out of Clock Town as a Deku Scrub, he must get the code to the passage in order to progress without cheating.
Link may acquire the Bomber's Notebook without having to play hide and seek with Jim and his gang. If Link remembers the five digit password and goes into the Hideout, upon return Jim is impressed that Link knew the code and gives him the Notebook.
