Octives are enemies from Spirit Tracks.
Octives resemble a seal and can be found in water areas of the second dungeon, the Snow Temple. They pop up from underwater and shoot rocks out of their mouth in the direction of Link. Link must use his Boomerang to stun these enemies because they dive back under the water if Link comes too close. Link can then create a path of ice using the Boomerang and an ice flame (after stunning them) in order to reach them. One sword strike defeats them, but be careful not to fall into the water.
Trivia
- Ergtoroks are close relatives of the Octives, but they live in the Sand Temple instead of the Snow Temple.
- Octives resemble Ocean Octoroks from Phantom Hourglass and also share common attributes with Toadpolis from Twilight Princess.
