Ocarina of Time Huge Rupee Locations

In Ocarina of Time, there are a number of locations where Link can acquire a Huge Rupee, which gives Link 200 total rupees. Below is a complete listing of all locations. Some of which Link can repeatedly acquire.

Locations

• 

  Location: Kakariko Village.
  Found in the open area of Kakariko Village, just beyond the first tree. If you walk over this area, the Shard of Agony will chime, indicating a secret nearby. Drop a bomb to find an underground grotto. Inside, defeat the two ReDeads and open the treasure chest to get the Huge Rupee.

  Location: Zora's Domain.
  While playing the Diving Game, at the top of the waterfall in Zora's Domain, the Zora will occasionally toss out a Huge Rupee along with the other green, blue, red, and purple rupees. It is somewhat rare and may take several attempts while playing before the Zora tosses a Huge Rupee.

  Location: Outside of Goron City.
  There is a circle of rocks on the Death Mountain Trail, just outside on Goron City. Play the Song of Storms and a grotto will appear. Inside there is a treasure chest containing a Huge Rupee.

  Location: Goron City.
  When you first enter Goron City, turn left and make your way to the room at the northwest corner of the top floor. In this maze of boulders, use the Megaton Hammer to break the heavy boulders along the left side of the room. This leads to a treasure chest containing a Huge Rupee.

  Location: Lost Woods.
  When you enter the Lost Woods from Kokiri Forest as an adult, take the first path to the right. Drop down below and you'll find two Skull Kids near the tree stump. Defeat them using your Master Sword and they will drop a Huge Rupee each. If you take awhile, or try to use a projectile attack, they will disappear. At any point if you leave the area and return, these Skull Kid's will respawn, allowing you to repeatedly get these Huge Rupees.

  Location: Lost Woods.
  When you enter the Lost Woods from Kokiri Forest as an adult, take the first path to the left. After completing the initial parts of the Trading Sequence, a Skull Kid will appear near the tree stump. Defeat it using the Master Sword and it will drop a Huge Rupee. You can leave the Lost Woods and return here again, to repeatedly get this Huge Rupee.

  Location: Fire Temple.
  In the boulder maze room of the Fire Temple, once you are on the higher level after passing through the room where the fire is chasing you, turn to the right and play the Scarecrow's Song. Hookshot to Pierre and then Hookshot to the secret elevator. Follow the series of rooms until you are at the top floor in the massive room. There's a switch nearby that causes the flames surrounding the Treasure Chest in the distance to go out. Quickly Hookshot to the target atop the steep ledge, and then run the rest of the way, cutting it close to the edges. You will barely be able to make it.

  Location: Bottom of the Well.
  Found in the room with Dead Hand, where Link acquires the Lens of Truth. Immediately after getting the Lens of Truth, use it in the same room to find a small treasure chest against the back wall that contains the Huge Rupee.

  Location: Gerudo Training Ground.
  In the far northwest part of the Gerudo Training Ground, you'll find a room that has multiple Like Likes. Defeat them all and a number of treasure chests will appear. The one closest to the door contains the Huge Rupee.

• 

  Location: Kakariko Village.
  After Link has acquired all 100 Gold Skulltulas, Link can return to the House of Skulltula and speak with the Cursed Rich Man. He will award you with a Huge Rupee for breaking the curse. At any time, Link can leave the house and return, speaking to the man once again to get another Huge Rupee.
