Gold Skulltula #16 - At Lake Hylia, there is an island at the southeast corner of the map. This Gold Skulltula will only appear at nighttime.}}<section end=2 />
Gold Skulltula #100 - At nighttime, make your way to Zora's Fountain and then head on over to the southeast corner, where the Great Fairy was located. There is a lone silver boulder here and now that you have the Silver Gauntlets, you can lift it up. Do so and then bomb the regular boulder that is underneath. Drop down and then use the Lens of Truth to navigate through this passageway. Climb up the at the end and the Gold Skulltula will be found on the wall at nighttime.}}<section end=100 />
